HEALTH GUARANTEE

Every Maltese puppy purchased from us comes with a 1-year health guarantee. Within 10 days of receiving your puppy, we require you to take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian for a checkup. If the veterinarian finds within the first 10 days that the puppy is ill from an illness contracted before the date of delivery, please contact us immediately.

Our Maltese pups are 100% safe, secure, and guaranteed to be in good health and free from any signs of infection at the time we ship them to you. We take pride in maintaining a lasting relationship with our clients even after they take home a puppy from us. As a family of breeders and experienced puppy counselors, we believe in the exceptional health of our puppies. However, some aspects are beyond our control as a puppy’s health depends on genetics, exercise, nourishment, and overall daily care.

While we understand that no puppy can replace another due to emotional attachments, we do believe that the pain of losing a puppy can be alleviated by offering you another puppy of equal value. In the unfortunate event of death within one year from the purchase date, or if the puppy is found to have a health disorder (within 1 year) that adversely affects its health, we will replace it with another puppy of equivalent value at no cost to you. The cause of death or health disorder must be certified by a licensed veterinarian, and we expect you to email us a copy of this health report.

What We’d Like From You:

Nothing makes us happier than knowing we brought joy into your home with one of our puppies. We continuously provide health advice to ensure your puppy remains healthy. Here are a few measures to help:

• Send us a copy of the health examination (medical record) within 10 business days of receiving your puppy. The examination must be carried out by a licensed veterinarian.
• Your puppy comes with age-appropriate vaccinations, so there is no need to vaccinate the puppy again immediately. We de-worm and vaccinate your puppy before shipping, so we expect you to continue proper de-worming and regular health examinations up to 16 weeks of age or more, as recommended by your veterinarian.

Exceptions to Our Guarantee:

• Failure to provide your puppy with regular veterinary care will void this health guarantee.
• This health guarantee does not cover any costs associated with spaying or neutering, including undescended testes.

We require all our puppies to undergo a thorough checkup before they are shipped to you. This checkup is performed by our licensed veterinarian, who issues the Veterinary Health reports for all our puppies. This report certifies the health condition of every puppy against cardiovascular, skin, coat, eyes, mouth, teeth, gums, musculoskeletal, respiratory, ears, urogenital, and gastrointestinal diseases.

This health report will be completed on the date of shipping the puppy to you, ensuring that the puppy’s health is guaranteed. This report is reviewed for any issues or concerns noted by our veterinarian. If there are any serious issues with the puppy, it will not be shipped to you. We also require you to get your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within ten days of receiving the puppy. Thank you for your cooperation.
